The New Jerusalem Elementary School District is divided into trustee areas, each representing a specific geographic region within the district. These areas are established based on census block geography, ensuring fair and equal representation for all residents. The outer jurisdiction district boundaries align closely with those implemented by election officials, maintaining consistency in electoral processes. These trustee areas help facilitate equitable governance, allowing elected board members to represent the interests of their respective communities effectively while ensuring compliance with legal and demographic considerations.
